1.  How long do helium filled latex balloons float ?
Approximately 18 hours

2.  How long do helium filled foil balloons float ?
Approximately six days depending on the size of the balloon 

3.  Is GST included ?
Yes

4.  Can you individually design balloon bouquets ?
Yes

5.  Is delivery included in the price of bouquets ?
No

6.  Do we accept credit cards ?
Yes Visa and Mastercard

7.  What areas do we deliver to?
Melbourne & metropolitan areas only.  Please phone us to find out if we will deliver to your suburb. 

8.  What days do we deliver ?
Monday to Saturday

9.  What times do we deliver ?
This depends on the delivery suburb and the time that your order is placed.  We cannot give an accurate time of delivery, but most balloon bouquets will be delivered before 7pm.  If your bouquet needs to be delivered to a business, please contact us and we will attempt to have your goods delivered during business hours.

10.  What if no-one is home to receive the goods when the courier delivers them?
If the courier deems the goods safe to leave, he/she will do so.  Otherwise, the courier will not leave the balloons and another attempt at delivering them will be made the following day.  You will be charged for another delivery fee in this instance.  If the courier has delivered the balloons to a hospital and the patient has been discharged, the courier will notify us the next day, we will contact you and we will deliver the goods to the patients home and you will be charged another delivery fee.
