1.  DO YOU OFFER SAME DAY DELIVERY OF BALLOONS?

Yes, but to avoid disappointment please place your order before 12 noon.  PLEASE READ THE PARAGRAPH BELOW CAREFULLY WHICH OUTLINES DELIVERY TIMES. Saturdays your order must be in prior to 9.30am.

2.  WHAT ARE OUR BALLOON BOUQUET DELIVERY TIMES?

We deliver our balloon bouquets twice a day, but in some cases can deliver in the morning if you are able to order the day before.  If you would like your balloons delivered between 1-4pm, please place your order before 10am or the day before.  In some cases if you order after 10am but before 12 noon and would like your balloons delivered between 1-4pm, please phone us and we will do our best to help you.  Our courier comes at 11am to pick up the balloon bouquets which is why we need your orders before 10am as this gives us time to prepare them.  The next delivery time is between 4-7pm and for this time we need your order before 12 noon, as the courier comes at 2pm.  If you require your balloons to be delivered to a workplace during business hours, please order as early as possible in the morning.  Please understand that there are some balloon arrangements that are unable to made in one hour, so if you place an order for a "smiley man" for example at 1pm, this will be too late for the 2pm courier and therefore will be delivered the following day.  If you're unsure, please call us and one of our friendly staff will help you. ON SATURDAYS YOU MUST PLACE YOUR ORDER BEFORE 9.30am AS WE DELIVER IN THE AFTERNOON FROM 1-5PM, HOWEVER IF YOU REQUIRE AN EARLIER DELIVERY PLEASE CALL US.  SUNDAYS WE ARE CLOSED.

3.  WHAT IF NO-ONE IS HOME TO RECEIVE THE BALLOONS WHEN THE COURIER DELIVERS THEM?

If the courier deems the goods safe to leave, he/she will do so. Otherwise, the courier will make another attempt at delivering them later that day or the following day.  You will be charged for another delivery fee in this instance. If the courier has delivered the balloons to a hospital and the patient has been discharged, the courier will notify us, we will contact you, we will deliver the goods to the patients home and you will be charged another delivery fee.

4. NOT ALL BALLOONS LIKE SUMMER.....

So if you are able to order your balloons the day before you need them, we will try and deliver in the morning if possible.  If not and you would like a foil bouquet delivered in the afternoon and the temperature is going to be over 35 degrees, we may call you to suggest a different design that doesn't react to heat.

5.  WHAT SUBURBS DO YOU DELIVER TO AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

Our website has now changed and when you place an order you must insert the correct postcode that corresponds to the delivery suburb and then the price of the delivery will be displayed.  If you are unsure of the postcode, please check our list below.  This is the list of suburbs that our courier delivers to.  Please note that the delivery charges listed below are for BOUQUET DELIVERIES ONLY, NOT LARGE QUANTITIES OF LATEX BALLOONS.  

6.  I CAN'T SEE THE SUBURB THAT I NEED THE BALLOONS DELIVERED TO ON THE LIST.
