Happy 12th Birthday bubble

Description

This gorgeous arrangement consists of a 60cm bubble balloon with confetti inside it, a decal on one side of the balloon, three tassels and a base consisting of eight latex balloons.  This is another pastel arrangement with gold also, but if you prefer bright colours please let us know in the “special requests” section of your order, or call us to discuss. PLEASE GIVE US 24 HOURS NOTICE FOR THIS ARRANGEMENT TO BE MADE, SO THIS IS UNAVAILABLE FOR SAME DAY DELIVERY. PLEASE ALSO NOTE THAT THE DECAL WITH THE MESSAGE WILL START TO BUBBLE SLIGHTLY  AFTER APPROX 24 HOURS OF APPLICATION AND WILL EVENTUALLY LIFT.  THE BALLOON WILL FLOAT FOR AT LEAST SEVEN DAYS.  THIS IS AVAILABLE FOR ANY AGE, NOT JUST A 12 YEAR OLD, SO PLEASE ALSO TELL US IN THE “SPECIAL REQUESTS” SECTION WHICH AGE YOU’D LIKE US TO INCLUDE FOR YOU.
