Personalised Batmitzvah bubble arrangement

Description

This gorgeous arrangement consists of a 60cm clear bubble balloon helium filled with some confetti and small balloons and a personalised message on one side of the balloon.  Let us know what name you’d like us to print out for you and PLEASE GIVE US 24 HOURS NOTICE FOR THIS ARRANGEMENT TO BE MADE.  There are also three tassels attached and a base made of eight latex balloons in co-ordinating colours.  Tell us also what colour combination you’d like or call us to discuss the options available.  PLEASE ALSO NOTE THAT THE DECAL WITH THE MESSAGE WILL START TO BUBBLE SLIGHTLY  AFTER APPROX 24 HOURS OF APPLICATION AND WILL EVENTUALLY LIFT.  THE BALLOON WILL FLOAT FOR AT LEAST SEVEN DAYS.
