Description
This balloon arrangement consists of a helium filled “bubble” balloon and many latex balloons underneath it. It is anchored down by a small noodle box with some lollies in it and should last for approximately one to two weeks. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE TOP/BUBBLE BALLOON IS NOW OUT OF STOCK, BUT WE WILL SUBSTITUTE IT WITH A DIFFERENT BIRTHDAY BUBBLE BALLOON.
