Blue birthday confetti bubble bouquet

Description

This great birthday bouquet consists of a blue confetti bubble balloon (confetti is printed on balloon) with small latex balloons inside it, four small latex balloons collaring it as well as one curly latex balloon and two standard foil balloons.  All balloons are helium filled and should float for about five days.  The bouquet is anchored down by a small noodle box with some lollies in it.  We can also make this bouquet in hot pink.
