Confetti and bubbles

Description

This is a very classy and elegant helium filled bouquet.  There’s a gold champagne bottle balloon, a gold confetti bubble balloon (please note that the confetti is printed onto the balloon) and a lovely navy and gold birthday bubble balloon.  Each balloon has four small latex balloons on the collars.  The bubble balloons should float for one to two weeks and the champagne bottle approx five days.  This arrangement is anchored down by a small noodle box with some lollies in it.
