Description
This great helium filled 56cm clear bubble balloon has a rainbow and clouds printed on it and we can make a decal with a person’s name on it, just as it’s shown in the image. THE DECAL IS ON ONE SIDE OF THE BALLOON ONLY. It has some lovely matching ribbon and bows attached and is anchored down by a small noodle box with some lollies in it. It should float for at least one week. Please note that the decal will start to bubble and lift when the balloon starts to shrink, but this shouldn’t start to happen until approx 48 hours after application.
